Smart Systems announced at the beginning of this year, the formation of a new department, Client Care. This is in addition to the well respected customer support service. Its remit is to provide a high quality proactive service helping their customers gets the best out of their products and services.
To build on the continuing success of this service, Smart Systems has appointed Michael Lovett as Client Care Executive to head up the team responsible for supporting our KBBConnect subscribers. Michael has a proven background in Customer Account Management along with a natural ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Having worked in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Fitness and Logistics both in the UK and Italy, Michael has gained valuable experiences which have presented numerous exciting challenges.
Client satisfaction is an area that Smart prides itself on and Michael will be central to delivering exceptional customer service and system support to both new and existing clients. In addition, part of Michaels’s skill set is working with social media platforms which will enable him to assist in reaching out to promote brand awareness.
A professional individual with a vibrant personality Michael is a keen sports enthusiast having come from a sports dominated background, representing clubs and associations in both Boxing and Football. A personal high for Michael was working alongside former World Boxing Champion David Haye.
As with his enthusiasm for sports Michael is always up for a challenge and often participates in various events raising money for charities including Hellrunner, Tough Mudder, and the occasional half marathon.
