Sensio has improved the service it provides by using KBBConnect
In order to significantly improve the service it provides its retailers, Sensio is pleased to announce that it is now a KBBConnect® Premium partner.
Sensio has adopted this service as a way of offering their existing and future retailers an increased level of support and guidance. All of Sensio’s product information is now freely accessible on the KBBConnect® Online Quoting and Ordering facility. Links are also provided to access product specification sheets and install guides together with pictures from their extensive image library. Advanced search facilities and intuitive tree structured indexing facilitates quick and easy identification of products.
The service also enables Sensio’s retailers to process orders automatically once a consumer quotation has been agreed upon without the need to re-enter the data. Not only will this save retailers a valuable amount of time, but it is anticipated that the number of errors incurred will also be significantly reduced.
Supporting the KBBConnect® service also allows Sensio to communicate effectively with its retailers by keeping them regularly updated on the latest product launches as well as any promotional offers. Changes to products and prices are maintained online by Sensio ensuring the data is up to date at the point of quotation.
